Located in Anaheim, CA and specializing in Windows-based PCs, programming, and networks, I've worked in the Information Technology (IT) field since 1996.  During this time, I've stayed on the bleeding edge of my field, working with hardware and software manufacturers and their beta products and providing feedback.  I've worked with various area companies and educational facilities both large (+10,000 users) and small (8 users) doing everything from server setup/maintenance/administration, technical writing, domain name and web site setup, computer lab design, new hardware deployment and repairs, inventory control, printer setups, networking, all the way down the chain to simple, over-the-shoulder support.

I currently provided support at any time as this is my sole job and can typically be at your location within minutes of you contacting me when you need me the most.

My current base rate is $50/hour

I justify this by limiting my coverage area to my immediate vicinity.  Preferred cities include:

Anaheim, Brea, Cypress, Fullerton, Placentia, Orange, Santa Ana, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda,  Stanton, Garden Grove, Tustin, Buena Park, Villa Park

Service requests outside of these cities can be negotiated however at a extra cost (travel time to and from will be added in).  If you are located in a city outside of a 15-mile radius of Anaheim, I highly recommend finding a technician in your area obviously (and hopefully) for faster service.  I unfortunately do not give out recommendations to other technicians as over the years I've yet to find people qualified enough that I can feel comfortable referring people to in areas outside of Anaheim.
